Grand Mall is located on one of the major cross-roads in the center of Varna where Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd. and Acad. Andrey Saharov Str. meet.  The mall is located alongside of the main boulevard - Vladislav Varnenchik and is connected to the western side of the city by the highway from Sofia.

Grand Mall is the largest shopping centre in Varna, created in accordance with the highest international standards. The mall has a total build-up area of more than 150,000 m2, retail space exceeding 50,000 m2, and approximately 1,700 parking spaces.

The Grand Mall has a CARREFOUR anchor store on the lower levels which is the city’s largest hypermarket. Above ground the shopping centre has three levels, two of which are for retail and the top floor is a food court and entertainment area, as well as several highrise office towers overlooking  the nearby area.
