Location and Accessibility

European Trade Center (ETC) is situated on Tzarigradsko Shousse Blvd - one of the busiest traffic arteries in Sofia, connecting the city center with the Ring Road. The project is located less than 6 km from the Central Business District and Sofia International Airport. Accessibility by car and public transportation provides for a facilitated commute from various parts of Sofia. The area is serviced by several bus lines and a metro station is to be constructed close to the boundaries of the project.

Size and Scope

The total build-up area of the ETC is expected to be above 70,000 m2 with app. 67,000 m2 of office space (GLA), distributed among 5 buildings of varying height. More than 800 parking places will accommodate the needs of tenants and visitors.

Upon completion, the tower closest to the boulevard is expected to be the highest office building in Sofia, offering unmatched visibility and prominence to its occupiers.

Working Environment

ETC offers contemporary office space with state-of-the-art specifications including raised floors, suspended ceilings, Category 6 cabling, four-pipe HVAC system, building management system, CCTV etc.

The project is integrated with a 66,000 m2 (GLA) Carrefour-anchored shopping mall, providing multiple business services, conference facilities and ample recreational opportunities for employees. The development is planned to combine retail facilities, office space and showrooms; the depth and width of the merchandise mix makes it a natural destination for the entire city.

European Trade Center is expected to be fully operational in 2010.
