Logistics Park Varna

Concept

Logistics Park Varna is designed to meet tenants’ requirements for storage facilities, cargo handling, and working environment.

The project is the first warehousing and storage facility in Varna developed according to international best-practice. Constructed on 132,500 m2 of land, this contemporary development has a total build-up area of more than 120,000 m2, including high-quality warehouse space, administrative offices, and retail outlets.

Location

Logistics Park Varna is located in the Western Industrial Zone of Varna – multimodal hub providing sea, land and air transport accessibility – and enjoys easy access to the city ring road and Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd, a major traffic artery in Varna, and part of the road corridor connecting the seaside with the capital Sofia and major European Transport Corridors.

The area is an established location for distribution facilities and logistics operations. Varna’s seaport, international airport,  central train station and city center are less than 10 minutes drive from the project.

Opportunities

Logistics Park Varna provides ready-to-use warehousing space for rent. All buildings are prefessionally planned for maximum flexibility and facilitated expansion.

In addition to standard warehouse space, Logistics Park Varna will provide specialized premises, including temperature-controlled storage and optional cross-docking facilities. The project has readily available infrastructure including electricity, water, natural gas and  telecommunications.

Logistics Park Varna will be delivered in three stages, with the first phase comprising 24,000 m2 of total build-up area successfully completed at the end of 2008.
